This product line is the semiautomatic product line consist by mill roll stand, corrugating cardboard molding machine, rotary cutter. Using web as material can continuously produce and cut specification single corrugating paper which necessary. It has advanced producing flow, high effiency, strong batch, adjustability, good work condition etc trait, it is the perfect equipment of the middle, small style carton factory to proceeding the technique.

3. Equipped with high-pressure strong fan,suction with silencing device.
4. Cast iron wallboard structure,wallboard thickness 130mm.Independent gearbox,universal shaft transmission.
5. Corrugated roller made of high quality 48CrMo alloy steel,after tempering and IF process,grind and surface hard chrome plated,main roller diameter 280mm,surface hardness above HRC58.
6. Pressure roller diameter 292mm,surface grinding and chrome plating.pneumatic control up and down movement,medium carbon steel 45 material,quenching and tempering (with buffer device).
